I did 220 Enrich and 17 HD before it went +10. My friend did gawd knows how many E.Elus and 28 HD Elu, her MSH still +8. 

cattypurry did 2 E.Elu adn 1 HD to make her Abusive +10. <- You may slaughter the cat. We are preparing sides to roast her luck already.

Dont ask me why lol. I found bunch of them on my alt storage. As of long mace and infiltrator, i prepare them for illusion dungeon updates. I still need combo battle glove, huuma wing shuriken, and war axe tho.

PVM: the number of normal monsters giving useful stuff is BS, mvp farming takes too much time

Boxes: Get one rare item that gets shafted in future boxes to come

Quests: hero medals are a bi*ch to do daily.

 

Conclusion:

1. RO is quite meh atm

Nah, we just don't know now. We get an estimate of whats coming, sometime it comes, sometimes it gets push behind.

 

Best bet is to wait for it to come to sakray, at least that means its going to be released within a month  .

 

Anyway just open OCP 8 and didnt get any of the glove, ring or cylinder but i didnt get some ores. Time to try upgrading.

but what if RNG had wave programming embedded into its coding...waves of good luck or waves of bad luck ect. periods of time where you luck factor is either way too ridiculously lucky, or way too terrible to play the game for a couple weeks. this has definitely happened to every person who plays the game so the thought does have some appeal to it on a digital microcosmic level lol.

Got a headgear to +10 at the 26th try. Wasted about 400 Enriched Elus. Would have been cheaper to buy at +11... MUCH cheaper. Lesson learned.

Upgrading does not often favor the one-off upgrade attempt. Folks that upgrade for profit are doing dozens or hundreds of items so the bad RNG on a single gear is only a drop in the bucket.

I don't know but when comes into refining, my Cat and my Rune knight is super lucky...

2 ores to +9 is not uncommon at all

Try refining to +10 and you will see the range from 2 ores to 50 ores or more to get to +9
