trying to figure out how to VIP but everytime I do, it takes me to link accounts, but never lets me link my account...

To add VIP:

Please login to the Warpportal account with the RE:Start account ID (To verify: Check your email used to register the ID from before).
Click on Power UP then choose the game ID from Game Accounts list.
A new list of options will appear to the right, choose VIP package, continue accordingly.
