what is this?  cant login

cant login to server for like 5 hours

As far as I can tell, it's due to a mismatch between the maximum password length Warpportal allows and the maximum password length the game can actually handle. Warpportal allows up to a 25-character password, but the game can only interpret a password of... somewhere less than 19 characters. 16 definitely works.

Hello, i had same problem today i waiting few hours and nothing.... Finally i found solution Game password was reseted to some random passwd (probably) by unknown (admin, serwer fail, hackers, admin's wife, husband?) then... go reset Your game password on mail and set a new.   CU in game

i just keep getting account authentication failed; no member information

 

i tried chaning my password and nothing seems to fix it
