I don't know if anyone has been able to get that far in the event quests yet this year, but in previous years there have been a red and/or a black Santa suit for the event quest. Just not sure yet about this year--hopefully someone can answer it for you!

Well you can have a Black Santa free by doing a quest. Just go to Santa Planetoid
Also,
Santa suit & Rudolph suit are free as well ( you need 100snow crystals each) By killing Rudolph Santa Monster

you can get to santa's planetoid by trading 1 snow crystal to judy in zant :|
