Did you spot a bot or two or ten in game? Gather your reports here!
Our GM Team will spend some time each day combing through these reports and checking in on these bots. It makes it easier to have them all in one place so we can handle them efficiently.
To report a bot or bots, please do so with the following sample format:
Server: OdinTime: Saturday EveningsMap: prt_fild08Profile: Thief bots all with ramen hats (optional but it does help a lot for hunting)
*Please limit each report to only 1–3 maps so the GMs can spend an equivalent amount of time on each request.
If you have more than 3 maps to report, place them in a separate comment!
If there are max level "non farmer" characters out where you are leveling, or obvious bot characters that you have previously reported that have not been suspended after you have already sent in a report, please send a ticket to the GM Team with their information and the subject title [High Value Bot Target] and we can fast track the investigation/re-investigation.
*Please note: When sending bot report tickets to the GM Team, please use the above information to do so. Screenshots are also a bonus!
Important Note!
When reporting, do not post character names, CCodes, or guilds of reported characters. A post that contains such will be removed without notice.
If you would like a specific character investigated, send the report with the character name directly to CM Astra via PM.
Additionally, any off-topic posts that do not include a specific bot report will be removed, to streamline the thread and make it easier for the bot hunting GMs to peruse.
