Hello, i was able to logged in. I read that the Cash Shop for now is not available. i was able to open it and my KPs are missing? is this what the admins meant?

Currently due to the DDOS and login server issues, where users are gaining access to other players accounts, RESTART will be offline as we work on a resolution. You may see the login servers come up periodically as we test solutions, and the studio will be assisting in resolving the login issue. We appreciate your patience.
