where is the lv 70~80 Elluman and how to get the crown ??

I found him in the hidden map (drop from the Bee/firefly queen mission) but he's only lv 50 something and the crown item seem to be lv 77 (and have really good stat). is there a la 70+ version of Elluman or I just have to camp the lv 50 one ??

 

Also is it worth to use that over other head pieces ?

Elluman is now in Forest Glade Mission Map, you can get the lv77 crown by achieving 1st place in mission map ranking.

Yes, banana bracelet is from 1st place ranking in Slumber village ~

May I ask what is the quest chain to unlock snowy mountain? The last hero quest i did was to unlock the 4 Biodome at Arcadia City.

To just answer the last question:

The states are great on some classes (mainly attackspeed reliant classes like invoker),

just to list the stats:
15% movement speed

25% attack speed

10% critical damage

It is definitely in Forest Glade, I invite you to watch a tutorial on YouTube, it is much easier to achieve the objective that way
