I have priest at lvl ml 20 I want to rank up but I am unable due to the fact that I go to Gilgamesh in morroc he says I need

 

1. lvl 20

2. 3000 ml points

3. 10 zeny

4. gods guidance quest complete.

 

 

 

the first 3 I have but gods guidance I do not know where to get this quest from.

I have sent a ticket in but still after a week or 2 of waiting I am still stuck at ml20.

is there anyone that can tell me the answer.......

I remember when I up rank D to C , certificate will be send to mailbox.
