Any GM to answer my ticket??

The best way to check on a ticket is to make a support account. Then you can reply to the ticket at the website rather than waiting for an email. Click on "Register" on this page to create a support account

 

Generally you would receive a reply from support within 48 hours but right now they are flooded with tickets from every WP game because of the recent attacks.. Also, some issues do take longer to resolve than others.
