WP's ticket support for payment issues is garbage. You all cant even look at a freaking ticket that invovles money someone spent? Is that really too much? It will be the last I spend if i dont get an answer within the next 24 hours. You've had long enough.

They have a huge influx of tickets at the moment than they had in comparison to like... two weeks or so ago.
I'd say give them an extra day at least. Or if you've been waiting a very long time already, try PMing a staff member and explain the situation. Just please be respectful, patient and mindful when doing so.
