im hunting at byalan right now, wearing a claymore (basic). 

 

just wondering if buying a VVS wind pike would make a lot of difference in terms of damage. THanks for the quick response.

VVS isn't worth it, You wouldn't notice the difference VVS makes over a standard elemental, other that the difference it makes in your purse.

It wouldnt.

Claymore base atk (and thus str scalling) surpasses the low atk of pike receiving the elemental bonus.
