i've sent many tickets to u, but u never reply.

 

i've tried many VPN to pass through ur WALL. now i have to pay VPN to buy ur WPE.. ridiculous!

Have you tried turning off your adblock

Steps to try, in order of desperation:

• Turn off your adblock.
• Do a hard refresh (CTRL+F5)
• Clear your cache.
• Try another browser (it works best with Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge).
• Disable your firewall/antivirus temporarily.

 

You shouldn't have to do the last one. As a last resort internet explorer will probably work.

 

Sending multiple tickets will not help you. They're answered in order they're received and they've said there's a backlog of payment tickets. Try fixing it yourself first.
