I am having issues logging onto the game. My first login attempt I always receive the "Failed to Connect to the Server" message. Any attempts after that I am receiving the message about confirming/updating my password on the WarPortal website. This is an existing account that I have successfully logged into before. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The password should not change by itself.

 

If you are unable to make connections to the game during this time then it is likely your IP is blocked. This would happen due to the active mitigation system.

Please request IP unblock in a ticket sent to the GM staff.

 

Use the following format in ticket:

 

Ticket subject: IP Block due to DDoS

 

IP:
Game:
Account for game (ID):

 

To get your IP please use this website.

If your IP or region are incorrect then make sure you are not using proxy at that time.

Seems like the client doesn't like IPV6.

I had a rejected by server message and I disabled ipv6.
Now it works.

 

Edit : 5min later i have been disconnected and i can't login anymore...
