I bought some WP with boku. after a few mins i got a mail like this;

 

Greetings WarpPortal Citizen,
We thank you for your interest in purchasing WarpPortal energy from our website.
We have reviewed your WarpPortal account information and we have detected some possible issues. We are refunding your payment and the WarpPortal energy will not be credited.
If you feel this is in error we ask that you please submit a ticket to the WarpPortal payment team via the support page(http://support.warpportal.com) to resolve these issues for future purchases.

 

i can see wp and Kp in my account but i cant see it in game. Whats wrong?
Please help me,

Hello,

 

Please do the following:

  • Verify the KP is on the correct account ID.
  • Relog the character in game to refresh.
  • Click on the Shop Icon directly in game, do not use key bindings to call the Shop window.

im sure its on correct account, actually i have only 1 acc.  i relog 100+ times. i bought vip on warpportal, i can see in site but in game, i cant see. :(

Please take a screenshot of the amount on website, remove your account name and any other sensitive information.

You would need to use an image host like Imgur to share the screenshot.

This is Ragnarok Online account ID, if you are playing Restart then you need to create a separate ID for it.
