you technical team has been blocked my account without saying nothing. where is the notice? What is about

What kind the company don´t have procedure for that?

only take -_-s from player and so blocked account without searching the information...

 

Please I wanna my account back plus chargeback.

You should send the bill to the layer who has complaint for fake information

Sorry you are having this issue but you need to make a ticket in order to resolve this. You can make a ticket here.  Be sure to include all important information in the ticket and then please be patient until they reply to you.
