Bugged NPC: Master Kavaruk
Location of NPC: (payon_in02: 54,13)
Quest: Archer Training Quest
Description of bug:
According to solution from iRO Wiki, I did every step till point 7. I entered Icarus Guild's building and talked to Master Kavaruk about Archers, he should be able to tell me to go to Seisner in Archer Village, but he's been repeating the same text messages as from "Ask about recent news" option after completing sub-quest regarding Arthail the Wind (points 19-37 of aforementioned solution from iRO Wiki) so far. Going and talking to Seisner doesn't move quest forward, NPC won't react till Master Kavaruk decides to tell players to go to her. Bug seems to occur even if I don't start sub-quest regarding Arthail the Wind.
