Hi, I'm not sure whether I should post it here, but I just want to know when my support ticket will get a reply.

this is my support ticket : [0D0-14A18997-3ABF]

it's really urgent so that's why I need a fast reply, regarding account and payment issues.

Unfortunately, urgent and tickets doesn't work very well, tickets are taking 3-5 days last i heard.

I don't know if there's still a billing phone number buried somewhere... there may be, and if there is, you may be able to get an answer if you call it.

There used to be a phone number (for billing inquiries only) on the main page, seems to be gone now x_x
