So I have only 1 slot to creat charater but something wrong when i do that

I Created 1 charater but nothing happend ,so i tried to creat charater again in 4 times and suddenly i have 4 charater event in locked slot

When i press play button nothing happend , All my charater cant play. Event my main charater too 
PLEASE HAVE ME  - sorry for my bad english

I recommend that something always go wrong restarting your game.

This kind of bug is not a common occurrence, so I recommend you submit a ticket for support.
