can anyone explain me how the destroskill caused bomber works? it says it curses max hp/mp and all other abilities of the enemy for 30 seconds by 10% at level one. but using it at a 150k hp char did not reduce the HP by 10%. am i wrong by understanding the skill description or is something wrong with the skill?

Never used this spell, but my first thought is that it might be 10% of the base HP ?

Flats arent reduced by the skill so you have to take flat hp into account. Titles like windwalker and set effects etc.

it says it curses the enemys max HP. should not be the normal HP then..

Maxhp% cards are calculated before flat hp so its basically removing a 10% max hp card.
