1. if a weapon compund same type of N card (lets say hell wind), will it increase chance to cast as X N?
2. will adding it to elem sword, making autocast even more frequent?
is there a who override who promlem here?

I don't think the chances will increase if you compounded the same card on the weapon. Based on description, the % of autocast increases based on level of refinement, not based on the number of card that you compounded. It doesn't work like Soheon or any other increase damage card that the effects can be stacked.

The bolt procs and % chance should be independent of each other. Similar to CD in mouth. I suppose theoretically you could have 3 bolts go off at the same time with Ele Sword / Lunar Rainbow / CD in Mouth.

 

By carding the ele sword with a hill wind card you wouldn't increase the chance of ele sword casting lightning bolt (does not stack additively like HP/SP leech %'s), but you would add a separate chance to cast lightning bolt level X through the hat.

 

Additionally, cold bolt spells that are not coming from the elemental sword will not gain the bolt chains that the elemental sword combos with. (Elemental sword cold bolt is the only cold bolt that can start the chain).

If the proc condition is the same, in general only 1 proc will work at a time.


btw, the item casts all skills up to lv10 on jRO, including Earth Spike and Heaven's Drive and Water Ball, even tho players dont have access to those lvls naturally.

it could be something with kRO client that works differently from jRO's one, there's no way to know.

seems like elem sword is a better option than valk dagger... 

1. ancient wise king ring comsume one accessory (magical glove is even better)

2. dagger can  gank but lose 25% size damage... 

3. Plus since matk dmg is so high, monster die before gank can kick in....

 

so... elem sword's bolt + CD + lunar +card * (same type of cards X3) has no conflict of override?  (just race to win to cast?)
