I tried to change password multiple times through forgot password link however, each time I tried using a new password in warpportal login screen, it keeps on redirecting me again to forget password and I believe it means that I indicated an incorrect password. Is my account conpromised or what? Cant even recharge WP because of this frustrating issue. Please reply asap. I already sent a ticket but they are not yet replying. My account is at stakes here.
