Fire Bolt lvl 5, Fire Ball 3 and fire ball mastery 3, seal explosion lvl 5, meteor storm lvl 3 and flame explosion lvl 5. This is a pve build and I don't really consider other elements as options since ice is just double attack once and thunders main skill is teleport. Other elements might be useful when master classes come in future because of better ice and thunder skills. For now just go full fire and you can decently level. As for stats I like to recommend full int or half vit and half int stats to put in.
