help me how to recover my account, my char cant use skill n i have 5 account

im start playing since 2012 to 2013 maybe.. then im try log in again now

n some char cant use skill n another need rename n many

And for the skill not working relog or jump in a cart

For the rename it's actually an item mall item called "change name coupon" or something close to it. You use it on the character you want and switch characters and it'll make you rename the character before logging back in.
