It's about a purchase I made with you. I contacted my credit card company and they told me that I was charged 12 dollars by a Bandcamp Stan Ridgway. How come you are using that identity aside from Warpportal which you have used for my 2 previous purchase and why am I charged for 12 dollars for a 5 dollar purchase? I need clarification asap. Even though its not a "big" amount, it is frustrating me because this fraud.

Have you made sure to send the ticket to the Payment department? If yes then kindly be patient till the specialist staff investigates the concern.

Once an update is made you will receive a notification in email.


Right now the Payment staff are handling a volume of tickets, it may take a little bit till an update is made.

Your understanding is appreciated.
