Hi,

The NPC to access treasure box room in Geffen castles is still disabled. We missed TBs once alreaedy because of this.
When can we expect a fix? Any compensation for the lost TBs for the guilds with castle?

Saturday boxes had to be there, because no one would be able to take them. Those are despawned by now.

Are the other realms experiencing the issue as well or only Brit castles?

Just the Brit castles, others are fine

We can see different drops from other realms on the market, so we expect the issue only to be on Brit. This could be explained by the test WoE there which should not have dropped TBs.

The issue is not forgotten, the NPC will be activated. Lost treasures will probably be restored through a support ticket.

Still no boxes after maintenance. In 2 hours our fifth consecutive of boxes will be gone.
What's the status on this?

Thanks for the info.
We expected the treasure boxes from today (Wed) to still be there until midnight. Didn't factor in that server down wipes the boxes obviously.

I haven't been PM'ed yet regarding the lost boxes - I am however not always online on the leader char. Anything that I need to be considering?
