So yea, I just wanted to know where and what quest to start the arcadia questline? and also what level can you start and finish.. I'm currently lvl 77 Idk where to check this one out or what are the prerequisites.

 

I just wanted to explore this map and everything for adventure.

The first quest of part 1 starts as early as 65 in Ash Mist with an NPC named Veron whom the promotion at 60 was centered around. However the quests will lock you out the rest until you level up at least once every time. Level 77 will get you through all of part 1 and a good majority of part 2. All whilst receiving large exp values per quest.

You have 2 choices for Arcadia usually, but given your level it doesn't matter now. One is to do them as you level for a quick 30-50% of the level each set of quests until it asks you to level. The other is to just do them at a high enough level to avoid forced breaks.
