I've edited your topic title to remove the ticket number because personal information like that should never be posted in a public forum.

 

The way to contact the support tea is through the ticket system. If you do not have a support account, you should consider making one.  Click on "Register" on this page to create a support account.  A support account will allow you to reply to your ticket at the website rather than waiting for an email.
