Looks pretty underwhelming for the price and when you consider the cards that would replace all of these.

It is really good, but incredibly expensive, so in the end, it is not worth it if you buy the cards, and farming Evil Nymph and Harpy is a nightmare

In summation the whole card set gives:

+1 INT (Elder Willow gives +2 INT)

+6 DEF (crap)

+6 MDEF (elemental armor cards are better)

+3% MATK  (meh...I will address this below)

+50 Max SP (crap)

+10% Max SP (crap)

20% neutral reduction (raydric card)

-15% cast time, Prevent interruption (10% better than a phen card, this is good)

+5% Fire Wall damage (crap)

+5% Napalm Beat damage (crap)

+5% Frost Driver damage (crap)

+10% All Bolt damage (seems good, but not...i will address this below)

5% chance to cast Lv3 heal on self on attacked (crap...cannot use cards like Pasana/Bathory)

 

The worst part about this set is that it locks you into using a crappy shield card and a 1h staff.

 

While the bolt damage seems cool, you barely use these as a Wizard. Furthermore, if your goal is to deal damage, you will use a 2h Soul Staff, which prevents you from using this entire set and costs much less than the entire set. This HUGE additional MATK will outperform any minor bonus you gain to Bolts while using a 1h staff. As Wizard, you are rarely casting standard bolts anyways because the preferred method of leveling is to MOB or SG->JT/LoV/MS.

 

Also prevents you from using 30% reduction by race shields if you need some more resist!!! 

 

Thus...the card set is not even remotely good or "worth it" much like most of the other card sets.
