Is better you send a ticket.
You cant report players in public on forum and you need more evidences.
Just a print screen i don't know if is enough to prove it.
Always recommend you record.

As GokuBlackBR said, the proper way to report another player is through the ticket system. Please click on the link he posted and make a ticket. You can attached your screenshot and any other proof at the bottom of the ticket form and also explain why you feel this person should be banned.
Since no one here at the forum can help with this issue, I am closing this thread.
