in our perspective, yes. in their's, no. you're not the only one who sends a ticket. there are thousands of people playing warpportal games. also, replying to tickets are not their only job.

Hi guys,
I had opened a ticket 2 days ago and so far I have not had an answer...
This is so frustrating and its not the first time
It enters a queue and normally have about 3 days waiting time before they have a look at your ticket. (Depending on how long is the queue).
Also the support team does not work on weekends and only work on office hours, so if you send it late friday or saturday, expect the earliest reply to be on Wednesday the following week.
