Seems that the +30 ATK bonus does not work

You have to wear the full set and have 120 STR for the +30 atk.

 

the "if 120 str, then +30 atk" comes after the "if wearing shoes, cloak, and ring" part. 

 

Actually, it says "greaves, shoes, ring" so that description is off too, but yeah you need the full set.
