I started playing Ragnarok re:start and created a WarpPortal account for that purpose.
I then tried to purchase WarpPortal energy, but was denied with a pending account verification, which was supposed to take up to 24 hours. Ok so far, I can live with that.
A day later I get a mail that my account verification failed:
"Greetings WarpPortal Citizen,
We thank you for your interest in purchasing WarpPortal energy from our website.
We have reviewed your WarpPortal account information and we have detected some possible issues. We are refunding your payment and the WarpPortal energy will not be credited.
If you feel this is in error we ask that you please submit a ticket to the WarpPortal payment team via the support page(http://support.warpportal.com) to resolve these issues for future purchases."
First of all this mail does not include a single detail about the issue. Second it doesn't even say there is an issue, only that there is thomthing that possibly could be an issue? What exactly is that supposed to mean? Would be great to get some information if you try to fix something. *getting a bit annoyed by now*
Ok so I write a ticket (a week ago) asking what these issues are and how to fix them, but till today no answer.
All in all this doesn't seem to be the best marketing technique. I mean im trying to give spend money, but I cant, and I don't even get a respone on what thise "possible issues" are.
Really not a great start.
