Please make sure the game client is up to date.

 

The latest client's version is:

 

To get the serial number:

After loading the client, on the ID/Password screen, hold and drag down the horizontal Gravity black bar, the serial number should be hidden underneath. If there is no serial number or the serial number does not match then the client is outdated.

 

So kindly check it out and let us know of your findings.

The patcher is extremely sensitive to changes in connection, technical issues to internet line or ISP may trigger that.
