can not power up

Hey, i wonder what is wrong with my Account, everytime i click on Power Up to buy some points and VIP my Ro:Restart Account i come to an Error page with this Text:

Please try again later, or submit a ticket detailing the error you are encountering at the Support site:

no clue what have went wrong but it starts to anoy me..... could anyone have a look pls?

Hello,

 

Did you register the account through Facebook and if you are using FB extension to login?

This is a very old account, i just used password recovery and reset my password.

 

i log in via the WarpPortal, not via Facebook or any app

Sorry for the delayed response.

 

Currently there is an issue with Facebook extension on Warpportal website, however if your account is not registered through Facebook then I would advice sending a ticket to the payment department.

In the ticket make sure to include the error message and the steps taken to generate the same.

Miaji, in response to the issue, I have been informed the user need to make sure that browser's Java script is enabled. Things such as adblock also may result in that error.

So kindly make sure of the browser settings.
