Everytime I try to log into one of my characters it says failed login and i cannot change the password on the accounts

Please make sure your client is fully patched.

I have run as admin and still nothing. my other characters work but just not my merchant

Happens to me the same way... I opened trying to login and i cannot connect...
=( ( just with one account )

Same problem here since 2 days ago, created a ticket, I hope they read it before the weekend ><

Your issue is probably unrelated to the thread, kindly be patient till the staff answers your ticket :)

Hello, on October 26, at night (11pm~) got the same problem, suddenly got disconnected and cant login again, always getting "failed login" message and cant get on to the character selection screen. I re-intall the client and check it all patchs, also changed account password and nothing works. Too bad the VIP status is active and have lose 2 days of play time now because of this. Already sent a ticket but no answer yet (i have seen it can take up to 1 week or more to get an answer but that isnt fair, my vip package going to the trash because this problem) :p_err:

*i log in using another account and cant get in and play normal. My account whit the problem has the character: <Snip>

If you already submitted a ticket, there's not much else to do but wait. Once your issue is resolved, you can ask about the lost VIP days to the GM team, this is looked on a case by case basis and the response may vary from user to user, keep that in mind.  :p_smile:

Hi - I'm having the same problem. I haven't been able to get past the login for a couple days now. I'm a new player and I'm not on too much but this is eating up the few VIP days I bought.

 

How do I submit a ticket?
