I got to base 36 on my Novice and I went to check where the Super novice NPC was and it wasn't there, I suppose it has not been added yet? Do we have a schedule saying when it will be added? It's really one of the only reasons I'm still playing rag to this day.

Most likely after the 2-2 classes are fully released. Super Novice is part of the Expanded Classes list, so keep an eye out for "Expanded Classes" on their patch notes.
