Help, I'm trying to play on my cousin's laptop but it seems i can't open the client. i patched it, then hit start but after that, it just loads a little bit and then nothing happens. i already disabled his firewall and antivirus but it seems to be not working. I know my ro folder in my hard drive is working because this is what i use when afking at work. 
need someone who experienced and solved this. thanks a lot!

Check the setup, maybe the resolution is not correctly selected or there is no audio driver if everything is ok maybe try replacing the ragexe with a different ragexe.

If it's the same working folder from your device then as mentioned by ChaoticRK, check the Setup.exe. Make sure to launch Setup.exe as an admin, adjust the video settings, then try again.
