Just because you made EA 2/3 with fewer tries doesnt mean the same can be applied for everyone, it is about RNG and what matters is how it works out on average. In fact, I made EA 2/3 myself after using 30 shards, but what I needed was EA 1/2 for the bonus with Fairy Powder. The fact that I was able to make EA 2/3(30 shards used) way before I got EA 1/2(100 shards used), is no indicator that EA 2/3 is easier than EA 1/2.

My Gene is atm 120 str Tengu Cyliner CC, but I love AB skill way more.
I will later change to AB build (120 dex int) when I got my Old Midas.
My question is:
Should I go for 2x Sapphire wrist (2x GSC) or Fairy leaf powder (1x GSC) + Sarah ea1ea2
Does ACD also effect Gene AB dps? Cause I could borrow Mob Scarf + Kiel sunnies from my DB RK and drop the Tengu.
tl;dr how much more dmg 2x SW GSC do, if the minor ACD is considered?
50k? 100k? ...?

The calculation is not as simple. FLP combo provides with more range attack modifier, whereas the Sapphire buffs atk and matk more.
At the end of the day, your damage is very much still determined on your other gears and how much more ranged mod you have.
As a general answer to your question assuming all Genes have the standard gears that I've seen 9/10 Genes using, your dps should be higher off wearing the FLP combo.
Mob scarf combo also kills tengu when you have 120dex/int for Acid Bomb.

I don't know if it effect Bomb, cause the cast is unique. That's why Saphire Wrist has no effect at its cast time.
Does it work the same way as with DB at RKs? I don't have instant AB cast yet on my Gene.

I think my bad english confuse you.
In other words: do ACD (Fairy leaf combo, Kiel etc.) reduce the time AcidBomb can be recast.
I wish I could tell how it is to instant cast AB (bio5 hat lvl5 + temp dex boots)

I'll just explain..
Cart Cannon has a 0.5sec aftercast delay,
Acid Bomb has a 1sec aftercast delay.
If you have high enough ASPD, you can cast CC up to 7 times a second and Acid bomb as well with 100% aftercast delay reduction.
Wearing a Kiel will remove 0.3sec before you cast Acid Bomb again and 0.15sec for Cart Cannon.

Found this interesting video on reducing CC animation delay. Which is aspd based in a very weird way...
Not sure if there is any other way to get around the offscreen-damage animation delay bypass so that it becomes truly aspd based.
From the video:

The most standard way a lot of people use is by using trans candies. The animation of Cart Cannon does take into account the amount of ASPD you have, very much similar to your character just normally control clicking. If you are able to hit 5 times a second, that's your upside for casting a skill assuming that animation and cast delay is taken care of completely.
Then we have to talk about latency etc
What the video shows is a weird/funny method to bypass the animation delay for Cart Cannon.
