Hello to whom it may concern,
My account was locked and released. However, when my account was locked I had 2 days of VIP left on three of my accounts from a 7 day VIP I had acquired through doing the peanut lab surveys for WPE. After my account was released and the GM asked if there was any other services he could assist me with I explained him exactly what i'm explaining right now. Furthermore, that was 3 days ago and the GM never replied back to my email so I assume he just didn't read the last reply assuming the situation was fixed. Is there any way to avoid the ticket process again and get it taken care of through here?
