theirs a bug with the santa suit, it locks all your skills and cant do anything

This is not a bug.

While wearing a santa suit you may not attack or use skills, however (last I checked) you get fast movement for the duration of the suit.

Summer clothes also prevent skills and attack. And, in case you're wondering, the reason for this is that there don't exist sprites for skill use or attack for them. It would actually be a surprisingly big deal to implement it for attack, because they'd need to make weapon sprites for each class of weapon that would line up with the hands on the sprite. And besides, it's sorta out of character for santa to be attacking people. Though the christmas music box skill, that would be more appropriate.

Fast Movement? Really? ^^ On all offi servers I've been on yet all costumes (santa/summer/wedding) reduced walking speed o.o

Wedding reduces movement speed.
Summer has no effect.
Santa gives agiup walk speed (or it did last time i checked, which was a while ago).
