Arquien's Necklace, Shadow Rings, Thief's Guide, the enchant accessories (Luminous Blue Stone, Fairy Powder, Kirin's Horn), Keraunos, Medical scrubs, Mob Scarf/Tengu Set (benefits so many classes, really), Elemental Towel for SC (and hopefully soon for Performers, too), Evil Dragon Armor, New Wave Sunglasses, Emerald Earrings, etc.

 

We're not done with them either, so I'm sure there will be more ridiculous mvp-card-tier stuff coming soon.

everything else you mentioned is not job specific. i think what OP is saying is, there are items in OCP that caters to these jobs that gives a lot of bonus. especially geneticists (sapphire, cylinder, etc etc)

There's more -- Keraunos is Sura specific

The others (celine, magician glove, hibram's glove) can also be used by any other class that's magic based. 

 

I understand what OP is getting at, I just think he's being overly selective in his impression. Then again, this isn't the first time (nor will it be the last, I'm sure) of people saying that OCP favors gen and casters. He asked "any love for other classes" and the answer is yes, quite a bit actually. Anyway, ss I said, we're not done yet, and we're bound to get RG, RK, and GX specific gear. 

 

If executioner shoes do land through it, people will suddenly change their tune regarding what's OP and what's not. 

 

Not that I'm defending the OCP -- I hate it's existence and what it's caused.

Because it's easy to get money from Magic Classes/Genes.

 

Usually gene users are already rich, most of them can afford to P2W

 

Sorc/WL users are desperate since the Renewal,everything for mages = easy money

i hope the other class can get an accessory too since half already got theirs. the job specific ones, not the enchant specific

Also, I'm curious about something. The Hunting Knife is very similar to Kirin Horn/Luminous Blue Stone/Fairy Powder/Hibram's Glove in how it works... does it also have an enchant effect we don't know about?

 

Because it's jRO counterpart says it is. I don't have one to confirm right now, but if anyone is interested in testing it. 

 

EDIT: Guild mate loaned me one and it does not work with Sharp 1. Not sure if intended or not, because this seems like it follows the framework for all the other accessories with similar effects. Doesn't work with Fatal 1 either.

Hunting Knife needs to set bonuses period. It's on the list of things I pushed for fixing, however there has been no time for any of it sadly.

I have to disagree with this. If you look at the class distribution graph on ROPD you'd notice that there are still more RGs on the server than WLs and Sorcs. Considering the number of mage chars have boosted since they were buffed from OCP, the number of mage chars were even much less when OCP first came to town. If low demand was the problem for RG, then how did mage classes get theirs when demand was even lower?

'Cause Acid Bomb has both ATK and MATK portions, Gene will benefit no matter whether an OCP gear boosts physical or magic attack, that's the inherent advantage for Genes.

I think what op asks is that why is OCP all about gene sorc wl OP gears that reduce/removes cast time/cooldown of certain skills which makes it OP? That also gives huge matk boost and ignore mdef and 50% more magic dmg to bosses?
I want OCP that ignores 100% def and huge physical atk dmg boost as well without any drawback like sharp1/expert archer1 lol.

I think the only class allowed to complain is RG. There are lots of OP RG gears and we've got none. I don't even play RG and think this is pretty unfair.

the updates on this game are slow as hell, alchemist was the worst class back i the days and in renewal is one of the best classes. They reworked a useless class into a on speed running shooting throwing maschine. 

No i dea why the hate, everybody can make a good gene those days and profit from it. But its kinda boring class if you ask me.

Blacksmith Wrist ignores 50% def of all races.
