To those asking about the Blacksmith Blessing, it's for a future update that is regarding safely upgrading gear.
Hoping someone who has the time to search the forums can find where Campitor posted info about when it will be implemented. (I know it was recently-ish)

It was implemented but for some odd reason the npc isn't there anymore after couple days weird

Though I am also not sure if the atk bonus cover the sacrifice. We should see.

it is good gear, but this gear is only best with the Bio5 MvP card in it to make up for the lost stats that Etrans and Faceworm Temporal combo etc. and not all class have high Dex and Int.

Overall giant is better but if you are asking about range then fairy is better

Rk db use vit dex and int which is really godly IF 24 CAST DELAY.

But looking at the way wp translate I believe it's reduce casting time.

​I'm not too excited about Imperial FEATHER tbh.

​Tengu Mask is basically the same but better cause overall ATK is affected.

​Imperial Ring is the 2nd most important thing in the set. +49% VP and CS damage.

​Imperial Glove, being the "most important", is stupidly OP though.

but giant protection effect alone is a good thing not talking about the set coz its for master-smith buffs so if seeing the previous OCP gears i hereby state it is stackable and rare to get., like mobster scarf. hahaha LOL megs on OCP cool

Reduces the cast delay of skills by 2% for every 20 base Int and Dex.

 

isn't that like 12%?

unless is like the mob scarf 10 int and 10 dex = 2% then that's 24%

got 2 flapping, but i got bunch of blacksmith blessing, would be nice if we have this implemented now to avoid depression
