Talk to your guild and find out what they need more of (spam or reduce cast time). Then do Dex and Int to cater to the guilds needs.

Don't take VIT above 84 or 85,that is so ignorant.
As a Bard, buffs to your skills go up by 10s. With VIP buffs and decent gear you will hit 100 vit easy.
