My pet disappear when warp to Juno and when warp to Prontera it comeback. What's happen????

My pet disappears (together with it's effect) everytime I go to LHZ or Hi TI. 

I also used an incubator but I lost my other Skelion egg that I just got because I thought my first one ran away.

5 hours ago my other char was in Juno. i think Juno was still ok that time. 5min ago i decided to go to verus. after warp and upon reaching Juno i got dcd. my other chars are doing ok on the maps they are in, not Juno. 

 

my sorc is still trapped in juno.

 

hope we can get a fix before maintenance. thank you

Can you try and visit Juno or LHz on that character? Please keep us updated.

Users unable to log on their characters on specific maps including Lighthalzen town, fields, Juno and its field, Verus and its fields: Please submit character relocate request in the following thread:

Important:

After the relocation please do not attempt to visit the same maps you were having the disconnection on, it was reported the issue may reoccur on the affected characters.

Edit2: Some other reported the issue is completely gone after the relocation, so please try and if the issue is back then use the relocate link above, sorry for the inconvenience.

VModCinnamon, do you suggest to avoid the affected maps for the meantime? also which maps should we avoid. up to now i think Juno, Lhz and verus passage are affected.

Yes, avoid the affected maps for now on the DCing character.

We are still having issues with Juno maps, its been more than 3 months and this issue still exists..... i dont even know.

Probably a zone using too much memory or something. My guess is it just crashed an restarted itself.

 

I assume there are memory leaks all over the place for RO. Just a consequence of being antiquated. Which I also assume is why they reboot weekly for an entire workday even though there are like 3 changes to the build.
