out of 35 Gears only 3 went to +9 and none of them go through +10...

you need to use enriched. tats where rates are upgraded from 0-10

RO has forgotten history to tweek enrich rate up to match event.  I always do cheap +4 to +7 first to see how it goes, and I also fail +5 to +6 3 out of 10..  I stop 'enrich' more.    I do feel weird.

I think he was using enriched, just happened to break the gears when it failed. I would never upgrade a weapon or gear knowing theres a chance to break, but some ppls want to try their luck so this is the risk they have to take.

I had zero success as well for enriched. +20 however seems like it's working fine.

pioneer's mindset is to take risks since back in 2002, there's no such thing as enriched ores nor safe certs. even +7 mocking muffler or green boots is a godly item back then.

He was prepare but he expect to reach +8 or +9 at 100%. Lol

It's working. I tested with 3/3 weapons going straight to +9.
