I only can not login in to the server? I'm waiting for them to make the transfer, but ... that never happened, I'll run out of time and not be able to go to the woe ? but ... as usual they never understand the tickets!! but the question is, when this is solved ?

hi, i recomend you to wrote this same post in your main lenguage cause like you said is hard to understand!

Guess he's asking if it's only him that can't connect with an Aeria account. He is sending tickets but the support doesn't understand what he's asking. He wants to know when will this problem with Aeria accounts be solved.

 

I'm new here so I don't know what is this problem about    sorry I can't help more than this.
