Movistar and Vivo connection issues [Resolved]

But our friends at discord didnt get dc, and could log in normally. So i tried to log in from my cellphone and its working normally. While on pc i cant even connect to the forums.
Is this intended? Some friends from the same country can log in and some cant.

Even the patcher doesn't connect... aswell as restart website

I'm from Brazil and I was just hunting Bathory and Baphomet Jr in Aldebaran when I got disconected.
Can't login now. The Patcher doesn't finish the job so I can click on "Start Game".
Anyone else strugling with this ?

I sometimes get the patcher "failed to connect" error from Germany, too.
It usually takes 5 - 10 minutes and then it works again.

Can't login now. The Patcher doesn't finish the job so I can click on "Start Game".Anyone else strugling with this ?
Same thing here from Brazil...the patch doesn't even finish its connection with the servers...

I used a VPN and I can log in again... I guess the random mitigation times are back.

Chiming in to add iROWiki's discord just exploded with reports about this, users are unable to access the website either to submit reports.

Please also state where are you playing from, your ISP and if you use a VPN or not.

Greetings,
Please check if you can establish connections to RO server (credit to Axylus for base instructions).
- If you're using Windows Vista or later, then install the Telnet client.
- Open Command Prompt.
- Enter "telnet 128.241.92.133 6800".
- If the window turns blank, then you have successfully connected to the server.
Repeat the same steps however for step 3 enter the following: telnet forums.warpportal.com 80

I've got 2 in Brazil and 1 in Chile so far with connection issues. Copying Cin's instructions over to them to see if we can figure this out.
2 have reported unable to connect via telnet so far.

By obvious reasons posting a tracert on a forum public thread isnt a good option, if you want me to i can send to one of the warpportal VMs privatly.
I am from Brazil, ISP=Vivo Fibra, i dont use a VPN, but i am using a proxy to access the website, because otherwise i cant access it.
Useful information? : i can access tera.enmasse.com wich has servers on dallas normally.

By obvious reasons posting a tracert on a forum public thread isnt a good option, if you want me to i can send to one of the warpportal VMs privatly.
I am from Brazil, ISP=Vivo Fibra, i dont use a VPN, but i am using a proxy to access the website, because otherwise i cant access it.
Useful information? : i can access tera.enmasse.com wich has servers on dallas normally.

A guildmate and I are having the same problem, both from Brazil, and with the same ISP, Vivo.

Guildmates from brazil also reporting that they cant connect.
They also are using vivo isp

Using the tracert received, the issue is sent up to the TI staff per Campitor update.
Affected ISPs so far:
Vivo
Movistar

2 friends from different countries (Perú and Chile) using movistar isp got this problem aswell. I hope it can be fixed soon.

you can delete the first 3 hops from the tracert which are your IP's and leave the rest
seems like a problem from south america although im from argentina and im fine
