The issue seems to be ISP related: Movistar and Vivo, which are the same company under different names for their respective countries. The issue has been forwarded to the IT department, and they will try improve the situation on their end. If you want to help the process, you can call your ISPs and tell them you are having connectivity issues to "Telnet" in North America, hopefully, they will listen and try to fix it (we all know how ISPs can be )

My ISP suport is useless, they have a third part company that answer suport requests with employess that dont know anything about what they are doing there, and if and whenever they call the one person in charge, that actually knows something, they get repreended.
Tl;Dr unfortunately is easier for you guys to somehow indirectly contact them, them me to be able to talk to someone on the ISP that would know what IP/tracert/route means, and do something besides asking me to restart my stuff and drop the call when it doesnt solve anything.

It's all working now for me!
Edit: I was able to play for a couple hours, but eventually got dced for a few minutes. Same issue, only now i'm not having any problem to access warpportal.com. On the other hand, can't connect to playragnarokrestart.com or load the patch. Minutes later it got back, so i managed to play another hour but it's down again.

I am from Brazil, ISP=Vivo Fibra, i dont use a VPN, but i am using a proxy to access the website, because otherwise i cant access it.
Can you solve this for us? please
