Hello! I'm having a issue to connect to Ragnarok RE:START patch at the launcher, and to access warpportal websites.

 

Someone told me that the problem has to do with connection issues by ISP services(Vivo and Movistar).

 

Can someone explain me what is happening? Thanks

As of this moment, we do not have expert details of the issue, but users from Vivo and Movistar are having trouble connecting to servers, forums and patcher.

With some tests, the connections are being timed out or blocked in a way. It could be a technical issue or something else.
