Hi!
There is a contractual agreement that prohibits certain countries from creating Metal Assault game accounts with Warpportal. It's possible that your issue stems from that restriction. However if you make a ticket, the support team can tell you for sure. Here is the link to the support page. Choose Metal Assault as the ticket department and "Technical Web Support" for the type of ticket. In the body of the ticket, be sure to tell them which country you are connecting from.
